Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain interfaces using Cloverleaf Interface Engine
Build and support HL7 v2.x interfaces for inbound and outbound healthcare data exchange
Analyze interface requirements and translate business and clinical needs into technical solutions
Troubleshoot interface issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production incidents
Collaborate with application teams, vendors, and clinical stakeholders to support system integrations
Participate in interface upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization initiatives
Ensure interfaces meet HIPAA, security, and organizational compliance standards
Document interface specifications, workflows, and support procedures

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Cloverleaf Interface Engine
Proven experience developing and supporting HL7 v2.x interfaces
Solid understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical systems
Experience troubleshooting production interfaces in a healthcare environment
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience supporting Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR platforms
Knowledge of additional interface standards (FHIR, X12, XML, JSON)
Prior experience in large health system or hospital environments
