Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project operations
Process and track shop drawings and submittals
Maintain up-to-date submittal and RFI (Request for Information) logs
Attend and document project progress meetings; maintain accurate meeting minutes
Maintain and update record drawings throughout the construction process
Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Assistant Project Manager or similar role in residential construction
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project, Outlook, Adobe, Pro-Core Project Management Software, Jonas Software
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
