Circulation/information services including: checking books in and out; registering patrons for library cards; registering patrons for voter registration cards
Take fines for overdue books
Assist in keeping daily statistics
Develops and maintains a working knowledge about the organization and care of library materials, library services and programs
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required; supplemented by six or more months of work experience involving public interaction/customer service
Preferred
Work independently in a busy environment
Enjoy working with the public
Applicants should have excellent computer skills and enjoy assisting patrons with our online resources
