Responsibilities

Leverages expert GPU knowledge and experience to direct and drive the architecture, design, implementation, verification, and/or optimization of the performance and power of GPU cores
Communicates guidelines across departments for building functional model simulations, developing software, and testing for various graphics in order to verify correctness and ensure performance and power goals are met
Provides expert technical direction across the system for programming graphics tests for highly complex system components across different scenarios and benchmarks to optimize functionality, performance
Drives strategic collaboration with high-level internal and external stakeholders to execute large initiatives and accomplish long-term organizational goals
Directs and influences the development of highly critical driver and compiler software to support the GPU products
Communicates guidelines for writing detailed technical documentation and feature descriptions for GPU projects; writes and reviews technical documentation for highly complex projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience
OR Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience
OR PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
4+ years in a technical leadership role with direct reports (only applies to positions with direct reports)
3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above)
2+ years of relevant GPU experience
