Responsibilities
Improve and build out spreadsheets to accurately predict key DM economic data covering inflation, the jobs market and other tradable economic releases
Build out infrastructure to deliver timely analyses post data release
Monitor key relevant economic data for DM central bank coverage
Support trade execution, trade management, and risk management as needed
Qualification
Required
3-4+ years' experience on an economic research team (sell-side, buy-side, or relevant institutions like the Federal Reserve or other DM central bank)
Bachelor's degree in STEM related field with demonstrated interest in global macro markets
Proficient in HAVER, MacroBond, Python, VBA, Bloomberg and working with data in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in statistical analyses
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Highly motivated and intellectually curious
Exposure to trade execution platforms
Preferred
Basic coding skills preferred
