Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite consultants, driving quality and consistency across implementations
Oversee project delivery and act as Solution Architect for select client accounts
Manage project assignments based on consultant availability and skill sets, ensuring balanced utilization
Monitor project performance, utilization metrics, and adherence to communication and documentation standards
Partner with Sales and Marketing to align delivery with upcoming opportunities and support client growth initiatives
Identify and address skill gaps across the team, fostering ongoing professional development
Collaborate with ERP Practice Management to report metrics, forecast resource needs, and support recruitment
Provide strategic escalation support for clients and consultants
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience, or equivalent experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Power User
Proven experience managing teams, projects, or delivery pipelines within a consulting environment
Strong client-facing communication skills, including confident engagement with executive stakeholders
Solid understanding of finance, operations, and/or supply chain processes
Passion for team leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Information Systems, or a related field
Preferred
NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or Consultant certification
Experience managing revenue targets, utilization metrics, and delivery KPIs
Familiarity with Smartsheet, Salesforce, or similar delivery management tools
Strong business acumen and ability to articulate value-based recommendations
