Qualification
Required
4+ years of professional experience as a first-line supervisor of production and operating workers in manufacturing
Demonstrated professional recognition and people-management responsibilities
Proficiency with computers and common manufacturing or operations software systems
Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity
Ability to pass a video interview, background check, training, and qualification assessment
Preferred
Significant prior experience in manufacturing supervision preferred
