Responsibilities
Administer and support Paylocity Payroll and Time & Labor for a manufacturing workforce
Configure pay rules, earnings, deductions, accruals, schedules, and approval workflows
Support accurate payroll processing including overtime, shift differentials, and premiums
Audit payroll and timekeeping data; research and resolve discrepancies
Maintain standard and ad hoc payroll, labor, and compliance reports
Support time clocks, employee setup, and job or pay rate changes
Assist with system updates, testing, integrations, and process improvements
Serve as escalation point for HR, Payroll, and plant leadership payroll issues
Qualification
Required
3+ years of HRIS or payroll systems experience, preferably in manufacturing
Hands-on experience administering Paylocity Payroll and Time & Labor
Strong knowledge of hourly payroll and timekeeping practices
Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and customer service skills
