Responsibilities
Generate and nurture sales pipeline through outbound calls/emails and follow-up on inbound leads
Prepare and send customer quotes; process orders and track them through fulfillment
Collaborate with logistics, quality, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution
Provide B2B customer service: respond to inquiries, deliver shipment updates, and manage incidents or claims
Maintain and update CRM records; prepare weekly activity, performance, and forecast reports
Monitor competitor pricing, lead times, and market trends; share insights with the sales team
Support the sales team with documentation, sample coordination, and follow-up from trade shows and industry events
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or B2B Customer Service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Bilingual English–Spanish (required)
Excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a strong results-oriented mindset
On-site availability in Lakeland, FL; strong preference for local or nearby residents
Legal authorization to work in the United States
