Support the PMO Director with administrative and coordination tasks
Assist with the rollout and ongoing use of OnePlan
Maintain and update project and portfolio data within PMO tools
Run basic reports to support portfolio visibility and decision-making
Support meetings, documentation, and executive-level communications
Serve as a reliable point of coordination across project stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Prior exposure to a PMO or project coordination environment
Comfort interacting professionally with C-level leaders
Experience supporting project tools or PMO platforms (OnePlan or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in growing into a project management career path
