Assist customers select from top manufacturers of carpet, flooring, tile, countertops and area rugs to transform their project
Focus on building lasting customer relationships and finding the right project for each customer based on their needs
Qualification
Required
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive client relationships
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Computer literate and ability to use design, order and client management software
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Experience in the flooring industry or related fields is a plus
Relevant certifications or additional education in design or sales is advantageous
