Human Resources Generalist

Confidential is a fast-growing, multi-unit food service organization with a strong People First culture. The Field Human Resources Generalist will provide HR support across multiple locations, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and building a positive workplace culture.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on HR support to multiple locations within an assigned region
Partner with managers on employee relations matters including performance management, conflict resolution, coaching, and corrective action
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws (labor, wage & hour, safety, etc.)
Deliver training on topics such as harassment prevention, inclusion, leadership, and workplace standards
Support company-wide HR initiatives including benefits processes, engagement efforts, and performance cycles
Analyze trends and help develop strategies to improve retention and morale
Manage HR administration such as documentation, employee records, and reporting
Assist with employee investigations and grievance resolution
Stay current on HR best practices and employment law updates

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of HR Generalist experience
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills
High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential matters
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to travel regularly within assigned region

Preferred

multi-site or restaurant/QSR experience preferred
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus
