Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the telecom expense management system
Oversee the full lifecycle of telecom and internet services
Sourcing and provisioning through invoice validation and financial reporting
Coordinate with multiple vendors and internal teams to manage service delivery
Perform data analysis, cost validation, and process standardization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree in Engineering Technology or related degree from an accredited program required
7 years of telecommunications engineering experience required, consulting preferred
3–5 years of experience in telecom expense management, network procurement, or IT asset management
Hands-on experience with TEM platforms (Brightfin, Calero, Tangoe)
Strong understanding of circuit provisioning, mobile data management, and telecom billing structures
Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and internal teams to manage service delivery
Skilled in data analysis, cost validation, and process standardization
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP or financial systems preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage carrier relationships and present findings to key stakeholders
Comfortable leading process reform in a large organization

Knowledge of telecom contracts and carrier negotiation
Experience integrating TEM systems with ServiceNow and finance platforms
Familiarity with broadband, fiber, LTE, SD-WAN, and other connectivity technologies
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities independently
Understanding of field operations or construction project environments
