Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between business users, stakeholders, and technical teams
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and use cases
Partner with Product Owners and Lead Architects to define business and technical strategies
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming
Define solution acceptance criteria and support testing activities
Create wireframes for functional requirements
Produce documentation including functional specs, training materials, and release notes
Support change management and business process modeling efforts
Proactively identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Assist with deployments and enterprise-level configuration activities
Conduct user training sessions as required
Qualification
Required
6+ years of overall Business Analyst experience
4+ years working as a Pega Business Architect / Pega BA
Strong experience with use case development and requirements management
Hands-on experience throughout the SDLC in Agile environments
Proven ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with enterprise-level software implementations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Pega certifications (CSA / BA preferred)
Experience in public sector or government projects
IT technical background
