Providing professional notary public services such as authenticating signatures, witnessing document signings, and certifying copies of important documents
Assisting customers with legal document-related inquiries
Preparing necessary forms and ensuring adherence to industry laws and regulations
Supporting general in-center customer service operations as needed
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Notary services, including the ability to authenticate signatures and certify documents
Knowledge of legal principles, legal document preparation, and Family Law
Strong research skills for ensuring thorough understanding of legal document requirements
Excellent organizational and communication skills
State Notary Public commission required
Familiarity with federal and state regulations related to notary and legal services
Preferred
Experience in a customer-focused, professional environment is a plus
