Responsibilities
Support Safety programs, audits, and compliance
Perform and support PPA, GIA, and ISO testing
Coordinate test energy forecasts with customers
Support ICCP / SCADA functional testing and integrations
Develop and execute commissioning schedules
Lead Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
Perform OEM testing, plant balancing, and capacity testing
Support AVR/AGC notifications and validation
Review performance data and drive corrective actions
Support CEWIS / ROCC alarm and critical point checks
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with BESS installation, startup, and commissioning
In-depth knowledge of Li-Ion battery systems
Experience with SCADA, controls, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of containerized ESS, PCS, transformers, combiners
Strong understanding of: DC systems: up to 2,000 Vdc
AC systems: 480 V – 34.5 kV
Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred
Electrical Engineering or power systems background
Commissioned 100+ MWh or 5+ utility-scale BESS projects
Prior experience with BESS analytics and SCADA platforms
