Responsibilities

Process and manage investigator-sponsored study documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures
Enter, review, verify, and organize clinical and financial documentation using multiple internal systems
Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and related administrative activities
Draft professional correspondence, summaries, and meeting minutes related to clinical and research activities
Analyze issues within workflows, identify root causes, and support resolution to prevent recurrence
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize tasks and meet operational timelines
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, quality systems, and company policies
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency of existing tools and trackers

Required

Prior experience in a clinical operations, clinical research, medical affairs, or pharmaceutical or medical device environment
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple systems and learn new tools quickly
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and document management tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills with a cooperative, open, and accountable work style
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience supporting investigator-sponsored studies or research grant agreements
Strong writing skills, including drafting letters, summaries, and meeting notes
Advanced Excel skills and ability to enhance or improve existing trackers and tools
Experience with invoicing or payment systems such as Concur or similar platforms
Familiarity with regulated environments and quality or compliance processes
