They are seeking an HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with standards and providing technical direction and training.

Responsibilities
Installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements
Assisting with customers' queries in a professional manner
Qualification
Required
Field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning
Must have knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems
Expected to travel 50% of the time
EPA Type 1 & 2 of universal certification
Must have your own hand tools
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to: Lift up to 50lbs, Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls, Stand for long periods of time, Bend or twist their body, Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles, Repeat the same movements
Preferred
OSHA 10-hour training certification
