Responsibilities

Remediate digital content including PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and images
Structure documents, tag content, add alt text, and establish logical reading orders
Work independently under MDCR direction and prioritization following e-Michigan web content standards

Qualification

Required

3 years of working experience with ADA remediation
3 years of experience with Sitecore Content Management Solution
In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA Guidelines
Accessibility testing to ensure conformance to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, specifically with WCAG 2.1 AA
Experience with development and maintenance of web solutions using Sitecore CMS
Ability to conform to the State of Michigan (SOM) Look & Feel Standards
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
Strong background with ADA Remediation of digital content including: PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Images, Reports on multiple formats
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
