Responsibilities
Lead Encore’s enterprise-wide recruiting and talent attraction strategy
Build high-quality, scalable pipelines with a strong focus on veterinarian recruiting
Own employer branding and recruitment marketing in partnership with Marketing
Design and optimize sourcing strategies, CRM workflows, and engagement campaigns
Use data and analytics to improve funnel performance, ROI, and time-to-fill
Oversee recruiting events, student programs, and CVT recruiting initiatives
Manage and develop recruiting team members and vendor relationships
Work closely with Human Resources on compliance, offers, onboarding, resources and more
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including leadership
Proven success in building candidate engagement campaigns and measurable pipelines
Strong analytical, critical thinking, writing, and communication skills
Experience in multi-site organizations; veterinary experience strongly preferred
ATS/CRM expertise (GEM and iCIMS preferred)
Strategic, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
