The role involves managing project schedules, leading change management initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities
Manage and orchestrate multiple related projects to achieve overall program objectives
Partner closely with onsite teams and key sponsors to define how the program is structured and executed
Plan, implement, and monitor program schedules from initiation through delivery, with critical focus on deliverable timing
Define and report program roadmap, status, risks, issues, and success metrics to stakeholders
Lead change management initiatives, including updating/migrating documents, processes, and internal systems
Guide teams through transition and change processes resulting from recent acquisition activities
Drive process improvements; define plans, deploy them to teams, and ensure execution
Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional teams (onsite and remote)
Maintain stakeholder engagement and satisfaction through clear, proactive communication
Identify and monitor program risks; continuously seek improvements in performance and scheduling
Minimal budget management responsibilities
Maintain awareness of internal processes, tools, and business conditions impacting the program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or Science strongly preferred)
Degree flexibility allowed if supported by strong, relevant experience
8+ years of overall experience preferred
Open to slightly less experience if candidate has a relevant degree and strong skill alignment
5+ years of change management experience within Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environments (strongly preferred)
Experience working in lab, testing, or process-driven environments
Proven ability to manage complex programs in dynamic, transitional settings
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable handling ambiguity
Strong organizational and execution skills
Uses internal program management software (OnePPM) – no prior tool-specific experience required
Preferred
PMBOK, PMP, or other Project Management certification
