Design, build, and improve large-scale bidding and optimization algorithms
Develop new machine learning–driven product features from experimentation to production
Work with extremely large datasets, including billions of events and high-dimensional feature spaces
Operate and support production ML systems, identifying issues and implementing scalable solutions
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams in an agile environment
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
3+ years of professional programming experience (Python, C++, C#, or similar)
Strong background in statistical modeling, optimization, and applied machine learning
Solid experience with SQL, cloud environments, and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to mentor junior team members
