Responsibilities
Designing and maintaining security access through Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Managing user provisioning across the employee lifecycle
Supporting compliance and audit activities
Participating in system maintenance, enhancements, and SAP biannual releases
Serving as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure secure and compliant system operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience required
Experience administering SuccessFactors security with strong Role-Based Permissions (RBP) knowledge
Understanding of HR data structures and employee lifecycle workflows
Familiarity with SOX, GDPR, corporate access controls, and enterprise risk
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills for working with HR and technical teams
Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Experience conducting access audits and ensuring compliance with least privilege principles and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Experience managing user access for onboarding, job changes, and offboarding
Experience troubleshooting access issues and supporting HR partners with role assignments
Experience supporting SAP biannual releases, regression testing, system enhancements, and new module deployments
Ability to maintain detailed security documentation, access records, and change logs
Experience collaborating with HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, IT Security, and IAM teams
Strong attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and customer-focused approach to operational excellence
Preferred
SuccessFactors certification(s) in Employee Central or Security
Experience with SAP IAS/IPS, SSO, and Azure Active Directory
Background in HRIS, enterprise security, or IT governance
Experience working in large, matrixed corporate environments
