Qualification
Required
Currently licensed in Property & Casualty (Life & Health a plus)
Competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance-based income
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others

Proficiency in Insurance Sales and knowledge of insurance products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
Customer Service skills focused on creating a positive experience for every client
Understanding of Employee Benefits and ability to explain them clearly
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Green Bay, WI most days
Preferred
Prior experience in insurance or sales roles is preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields is a plus
