Responsibilities
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Track progress and maintain Azure DevOps dashboards and project documentation
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define scope and release schedules
Identify and resolve project impediments; escalate as needed
Foster team development and maintain high-quality standards

Agile/Scrum Master experience (certification preferred)
Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong project management and leadership skills
Experience with SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or SaFE methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5–7 years in IT project management
3–5 years leading Agile/Scrum teams
Experience in IT software/cloud projects and stakeholder management
Preferred
Agile/Scrum Master experience (certification preferred)
