Responsibilities
Prepare accurate commercial chain‑link fencing quotes, including gates, frameworks, fittings, hardware, and complete material lists
Break down project drawings, specifications, and site details into actionable estimates
Manage customer relationships through phone, email, and in‑person support
Provide product guidance, pricing, availability, and order updates
Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
Track open quotes, follow up with customers, and convert opportunities into sales
Maintain ERP records, order documentation, and project details
Qualification
Required
2+ years in inside sales, project coordination, estimating, or construction materials
Ability to understand gates, hardware, materials, and job breakdowns
Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and ERP systems
High school diploma required
Preferred
Experience estimating commercial chain-link fencing (highly preferred)
Some college preferred
