Responsibilities
Identify and develop new opportunities in Data & AI across local and international markets
Support proposals, bids, and RFPs, bringing both commercial and technical insight
Collaborate with account executives and delivery teams to grow existing client relationships
Represent Capgemini Engineering in AI-focused events, conferences, and roundtables
Lead technical interviews for Data Scientists and AI Engineers, ensuring strong talent pipelines
Advise clients on AI roadmaps, GenAI adoption, and Responsible AI practices
Oversee technical quality and innovation across projects involving ML, GenAI, and MLOps
Partner with global Capgemini teams to define reference architectures and accelerators for AI initiatives
Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring excellence in delivery and client satisfaction
Mentor managers and senior consultants to develop technical and leadership skills
Promote continuous improvement in AI methodologies, lifecycle management, and governance
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Data & AI, including 3+ years in leadership or management roles
Solid expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning and/or Generative AI
Ability to technically assess Data Scientists, AI Engineers and other Data Profiles during interviews
Familiarity with Cloud and Data Technologies
Strong business acumen with experience in client engagement, and proposal design
Background in at least one Capgemini Engineering vertical: Telco, Energy, Health, Industry, Automotive, Aerospace, or others
Excellent leadership, communication, and communication skills
Fluent in English and Portuguese
