Responsibilities

Serving as a dedicated liaison between Pomeroy and our Retail OEM Partners, facilitating seamless communication, collaboration, and alignment of objectives
Facilitating weekly cadence calls and quarterly business reviews
Conducting market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends
Creating and analyzing monthly forecasting and sales reports
Coordinating joint marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market presence
Creating and promoting a joint Pomeroy/Partner value proposition
Creating and executing a joint Pomeroy/Partner business plan to expand our collective business
Planning and execution of Retail OEM Partner sales campaigns
Providing expertise on client calls as needed
Providing technical expertise and support to optimize product integration and compatibility
Facilitating training sessions for our team members to enhance their understanding of Retail products and solutions
Serving as a single point of contact for addressing queries, resolving issues, and fostering a mutually beneficial partnership
Fostering engagement between the Partner and Pomeroy Field Sales Teams
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years of related partner sales or business development experience
Demonstrated experience with retail partners such as Toshiba, ELO, Zebra, Spectrio, retail software or similar technologies
Must have strong communication skills, good business acumen and the ability to effectively work across departments
Proven record of accomplishment measured against plan/goal
Must have the ability to travel frequently (Air/Car)
