Strategic Program Manager / Special Projects (B2B) / Jetpac

They are seeking an experienced Strategic Program Manager who will drive and manage high-impact strategic initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to ensure successful execution of projects and partnerships.

Responsibilities
Lead, manage and deliver key strategic projects
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate resources and team members across functions to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor and report on overall business progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track
Implement processes and methodologies to ensure efficient delivery of strategic projects. Revamp overall business governance (Monthly Business Review, Weekly huddle etc.)
Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, assisting in the prioritization and execution of initiatives tied to the company’s strategic direction
Prepare executive presentations, reports, and communications to ensure the CEO is well-informed on the progress of key initiatives
Provide strategic counsel and guidance to the CEO on important decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
Serve as the central point of contact for the CEO's office, ensuring alignment and efficient communication across internal and external stakeholders
Lead and deliver partnership deals implementation, ensuring successful outcomes and value realization for the organization
Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to finalize terms and conditions of partnership agreements
Track and measure the performance and impact of partnership initiatives, ensuring mutual benefits are achieved
Partner with various departments, including growth, commercial, marketing, sales, product, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic projects
Drive change management initiatives where necessary to support new strategic directions or partnerships
Support the scaling of operations, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and optimize outcomes
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of hands-on Management Consulting experience (MBB preferred)
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Social sciences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent Project Management, Communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with data analysis and insight generation
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Want to get an in-depth understanding and execution experience on how startups are built and scaled
Preferred
A degree from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) OR Indian Institute of Management (IIM) is highly preferred, but not necessary
Experience working with AI-native products or technologies is also preferred
The ideal candidate will be driven, sharp, organised, results-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
They should be comfortable making data-driven decisions and have a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet user needs
