Responsibilities
Providing seamless day-to-day administrative and operational support to the CFO, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and working styles
Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, managing complex calendars and scheduling with strong business context and judgment
Owning travel and logistics end to end, including board meetings, investor interactions, offsites, and internal events
Streamlining communication and coordination across Finance and the wider organisation, ensuring decisions, priorities, and follow-ups are clearly documented and actioned
Proactively anticipating needs, identifying risks or conflicts early, and proposing thoughtful, practical solutions
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
Collaborating closely with the wider Executive Operations team to ensure alignment across the leadership team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or similar role supporting VP-level or C-suite executives
Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and adapt quickly as plans change
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
Sound business judgment and an instinct for when to escalate versus act independently
Comfort working across functions, time zones, and seniority levels with professionalism
High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and strong working relationships
