Founding Sales Representative (Full-Cycle)

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from first outreach through closed revenue and expansion
Research and target high-fit accounts and decision-makers aligned to ElevateForward.ai’s ideal customer profile
Execute outbound and inbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels
Lead discovery conversations to diagnose business challenges, qualify fit, and position the appropriate ElevateForward.ai solution
Present and sell ElevateForward.ai reports and app subscriptions to founders and operators
Close new business and drive initial revenue conversion
Identify expansion opportunities and guide customers into higher-tier offerings over time
Maintain accurate CRM records, including deal notes, pipeline stages, and next steps
Manage deals end-to-end with discipline and follow-through
Track and improve personal conversion metrics across outreach, discovery, close, and expansion
Collaborate directly with leadership to refine messaging, pricing, and sales motion based on real deal feedback
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and conversion targets

Required

Experience owning a full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, and closing
Demonstrated ability to close deals and convert conversations into revenue
Strong executive-level communication skills with the ability to lead discovery and value-based conversations
Highly self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating without heavy oversight
Ability to manage multiple active deals and follow through to completion
Comfortable selling in an early-stage, evolving product environment
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot and outbound tools like Apollo.ai preferred
College coursework or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required

Benefits

This role does not include benefits (health insurance, PTO, etc.) while in contract status.
