Responsibilities
Own the Workday ecosystem as a Subject Matter Expert, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Workday Extend
Lead the architecture, design, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions across implementations and enhancements
Design, build, and support Workday Integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio integrations, and Cloud Connect
Develop and maintain Workday Extend applications, including UI components, business logic, and deployment activities
Create, enhance, and optimize Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Composite, and Matrix reports, as well as dashboards
Build and manage Workday PRISM Analytics datasets and pipelines to support complex reporting and analytical needs
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Act as the primary bridge between functional stakeholders and technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements
Ensure all Workday solutions comply with organizational standards, payroll regulations, and data privacy/security requirements
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Workday team members and contributors
Qualification
Required
Extensive Workday experience with strong techno-functional expertise
Proven hands-on expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Workday Extend
Solid experience developing and supporting Workday Integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect)
Strong proficiency in Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Composite, Matrix reports, and dashboard development
Hands-on experience with Workday PRISM Analytics for data integration, transformation, and reporting
In-depth understanding of HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business needs into system solutions
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
