People Analytics / HR Data Analyst
KellyMitchell Group is seeking a People Analytics / HR Data Analyst to join their team. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to translate business questions into functional requirements and collaborating with HR and business leaders to communicate insights effectively.

Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into clear functional requirements
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to interpret results and communicate insights effectively
Design and document technical solutions, including data models, data flows, and reporting specifications
Develop, enhance, and maintain self-service dashboards and reports, primarily Tableau
Test, validate, and document deliverables to ensure accuracy and reliability
Maintain people data quality rules, definitions, and strategy
Apply best-practice compliance and governance standards when working with sensitive HR data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, Business, or related field
5+ years in people analytics, HR analytics, or a similar data-focused role
Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets such as: Snowflake and Oracle
Knowledge of complex data models and dimensional modeling techniques
Experience converting raw system data into analytics-ready datasets using dbt or similar tools
Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects, handle confidential information, and exercise discretion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Python
Experience with UKG/iCIMS
