Director, DTC Growth & Acquisition

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end growth strategy for a dedicated supplement product line
Operate as the product GM, responsible for revenue performance, budget allocation, and unit economics
Define and execute go-to-market strategy including positioning, pricing, packaging, and channel mix
Establish growth targets and success metrics aligned to CAC, LTV, ROAS, and profitability
Identify, test, and scale high-impact acquisition channels including paid social, paid search, influencers, affiliates, SEO, email/SMS, partnerships, and emerging channels
Run rapid experimentation cycles: hypothesis, launch, measure, scale or sunset
Prioritize ruthlessly to focus on strategies that deliver measurable growth
Develop creative acquisition strategies that differentiate Ivím in a competitive DTC landscape
Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition campaigns from first touch through conversion
Improve conversion rates through landing page optimization and CRO best practices
Partner with Lifecycle and Product teams to drive retention, repeat purchase, and LTV growth
Identify opportunities to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value
Manage acquisition spend with clear accountability to CAC, LTV, and ROAS targets
Build and maintain tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure
Analyze channel performance, funnels, cohorts, and unit economics to inform decisions
Present performance updates, insights, and recommendations to the CMO and executive stakeholders
Build and manage a lean network of agencies, freelancers, and contractors
Set clear expectations, define deliverables, and hold partners accountable to performance
Balance hands-on execution with outsourced support as needed
Partner with Brand, Content, Product, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure cohesive execution
Ensure all growth initiatives and claims remain compliant with healthcare and supplement advertising regulations
Share learnings and best practices across the broader Marketing organization
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in DTC growth, performance marketing, or acquisition leadership
Proven track records scaling consumer, subscription, or wellness products
Experience building growth engines from 0→1 and scaling efficiently
Strong understanding of unit economics, funnel performance, and attribution
Experience managing agencies or contractor teams
Deep knowledge of DTC acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, influencers, affiliates, email/SMS, SEO)
Experience with analytics and attribution tools (GA4, dashboards, attribution platforms)
Hands-on experience with landing page builders, CRO tools, and creative testing
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Highly autonomous with a strong ownership mindset
Data-driven decision-maker with a bias toward action
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
