Senior Delivery & Transformation Lead
Norman Alex is seeking a Senior Delivery & Transformation Lead to manage large-scale insurance delivery for a major U.S. client. This role involves bridging onshore stakeholders and an offshore delivery organization while leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery and operational performance
Act as the primary client contact for delivery and execution
Lead large onshore and offshore teams (40–50+ people)
Manage time-zone and offshore delivery challenges
Support delivery transformation and process improvements
Operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Qualification
Required
10–14 years of experience in delivery management and transformation leadership within insurance or financial services
Proven track record managing distributed delivery teams and large programs
Deep understanding of insurance business processes (Policy, Billing, Claims)
Experience in digital transformation, automation, or cloud migration programs
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership presence
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business (MBA or PMP/CSM preferred)
Florida / Texas based / Willing to relocate to Melbourne, FL or Dallas, TX
Due to client and regulatory requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens
Preferred
Experience with leading insurance platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or equivalent)
Exposure to AI/ML initiatives or Generative AI–based engineering productivity tools
Familiarity with ITIL, SLA/KPI governance models, and compliance-driven delivery
Background in consulting or vendor management with strategic insurance clients
