Providing timely and accurate dispersion of incoming and outgoing correspondence in support of our members and providers
Operating computer equipment and the software programs utilized with them
Operating office equipment for processing correspondence
Understanding the various departments at BCBSWY and their basic functions
Participating as a member of a team dedicated to meeting customer needs in a professional manner
Qualification
Required
Earned High School diploma or equivalent
Prior experience with operating office equipment is helpful
Ability to operate computer equipment and the software programs utilized with them
Ability to operate office equipment for processing correspondence
Understanding of the various departments at BCBSWY and their basic functions
Participation as a member of a team dedicated to meeting customer needs in a professional manner
