Responsibilities
Conduct research to determine the best course of action to maintain data integrity and ERP functionally
Implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality, as directed
In collaboration with others, interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings
Analyze and problem-solve issues with current and planned systems as they relate to the integration and management of system data
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports
Maintain clean item files free of duplicates and misinformation
Acquire and abstract primary or secondary data from existing internal or external data sources
Perform data entry, either manually or using other technology, when needed or required
Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as needed
Qualification
Required
2 or more years of applicable experience
High School Diploma or GED
Attention to detail
Operate computer programs and software
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or the public)
Making independent decisions
Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions
Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
Be adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines
