Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the LOB
Drive alignment with the enterprise risk framework
Provide proactive risk consultation on upcoming business initiatives
Ensure compliance with policies and risk programs
Lead and conduct risk assessments
Prepare and present risk reporting
Qualification
Required
8+ years in risk management or financial services
Experience leading strategic risk initiatives
Experience with Excel, SQL, or BI tools
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Risk Management, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role
Preferred
5+ years of experience in an operational or risk management role
Knowledge of merchant acquiring, payment processing, or merchant solutions
