Assembly Mechanic-Apprenticeship
Boeing is excited to bring on aspiring mechanics to join their Assembly Mechanic Apprenticeship program in St. Louis, designed to equip new teammates with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The program offers structured learning experiences across three pathways: Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical, leading to a nationally-recognized credential from the Department of Labor.

Responsibilities
Develop the skills needed to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Complete a highly rigorous and accelerated learning program tailored to develop foundational skills across manufacturing and assembly
Demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the work of a Structures, Electrical, or Mechanical Assembly Mechanic, including interpreting model-based drawings and blueprints, following work instructions, and using required hand tools
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Understanding of intermediate math
Basic computer skills
Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
