Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Recruiting team and our hiring teams to deliver a high-caliber recruiting experience for candidates
Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
Support reporting and analytics for the recruiting team, hiring managers, and broader people team
Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, to maintain candidate data
Prepare new hire paperwork and collaborate with our people team for onboarding

Qualification

Required

1+ years of experience with Ashby as a recruiting team member
Collaborated with various hiring teams to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
Positive track record of communicating well (written and verbal) with candidates, team members, and business partners
Experience screening resumes that appropriately align with the role outcomes

Preferred

Previous experience in a dynamic technology start-up
Utilize data to drive better candidate and business stakeholder interactions
