Responsibilities

Act as a client-facing consultant, gathering business requirements and translating them into Oracle WMS solutions
Lead or support end-to-end Oracle WMS implementations, upgrades, and support projects
Configure Oracle WMS modules including inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and barcode/RF processes
Conduct client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and user training sessions
Prepare functional documents such as BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and test scripts
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and system enhancements
Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities
Troubleshoot WMS issues and recommend process improvements

Required

Strong experience with Oracle Cloud WMS
Proven client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills
Good understanding of warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting
Experience with integrations between WMS and ERP modules such as Inventory, BOM, OM, and Shipping
Ability to lead discussions, manage stakeholders, and provide solution guidance
Experience creating functional documentation and conducting user training
