Responsibilities
Assist with AP (invoice processing, payment preparation) and AR (client invoicing, payment tracking) tasks
Help prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closings
Support audits, standards testing, and review projects to ensure compliance with accounting principles
Reconcile bank statements and assist in financial analysis
Organize and maintain accounting records
Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, or related program
Basic understanding of AP and AR processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; accounting software experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute to team projects
