Responsibilities

Run the entire sell-side process from valuation to close
Build real relationships with business owners and buyers
Manage buyer outreach and inbound interest
Polish custom AI generated materials (IMs, teasers, buyer lists)
Help build the systems and processes that scale this firm

Qualification

Required

5-10 years M&A experience (sell-side advisory, IB, corp dev, or real estate brokerage with full transaction experience)
Track record of closed deals
Strong interpersonal skills (non-negotiable)
Exceptional attention to detail
US-based, no visa sponsorship

Benefits

Commission: 10 to 20% of deal fees
Equity: 1% with 3x shorter cliff than industry standard as we want you to own a stake fast
