Responsibilities

Own and execute Cavallo’s paid and organic media programs to drive qualified demand and pipeline growth
Plan, launch, and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns aligned to ICPs, buyer intent, and funnel stage
Manage paid social programs (primarily LinkedIn) to support awareness, demand generation, and ABM initiatives
Execute account-based media strategies in partnership with Demand Gen, Sales, and Product Marketing
Continuously test messaging, creative, targeting, and landing experiences to improve performance and efficiency
Own Cavallo’s organic search strategy, including keyword prioritization, on-page optimization, and technical SEO inputs
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to optimize content for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Monitor search trends, AI-driven discovery behavior, and algorithm changes to inform media and content strategy
Increase Cavallo’s visibility and authority across priority search terms related to profit intelligence and distribution operations
Monitor and analyze performance across all media channels with a focus on pipeline impact, conversion quality, and ROI
Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across systems
Translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations for stakeholders
Manage media budgets responsibly, reallocating spend based on performance and business priorities
Collaborate closely with Product and Campaigns/Content Marketing to ensure messaging, positioning, and value propositions are reflected consistently across media
Partner with Sales and GTM teams to support target accounts, pipeline priorities, and campaign follow-up
Work with Content, Web, and Design teams to ensure landing pages and assets support campaign goals and conversion best practices

Required

4–7 years of experience in B2B media, demand generation, or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS
Hands-on experience managing paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn), and SEO programs
Strong analytical skills with experience tying media performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Understanding of long sales cycles, multi-touch attribution, and complex B2B buyer journeys
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain performance insights and recommendations

Preferred

Experience with account-based marketing platforms or strategies
Familiarity with AI-driven search and discovery trends (AEO/GEO)
Experience marketing to mid-market or operationally complex B2B buyers
