Responsibilities
Collaborates with the leadership to define and maintain a strategic roadmap for AI and automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timely delivery of high-impact projects
Leads the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms, applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve complex business and clinical challenges
Oversees implementation of AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA and FDA guidelines
Provides technical leadership and mentorship to developers, guiding best practices in AI architecture, coding standards, and performance optimization
Reviews and validates AI models for accuracy, fairness, and ethical compliance, recommending improvements and ensuring transparency in decision-making
Establishes and maintains Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) pipelines for continuous integration, automated retraining, and monitoring of AI models in production environments
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and usability
Monitors AI development progress, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure timely resolution of issues impacting project delivery
Advises leadership on innovation opportunities and strategic adoption
Performs other AI-related duties as assigned to support organizational goals and evolving technology needs
May provide input for hiring, training, leading, and evaluating staff

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education
Five years' experience
