They are seeking a highly motivated intern to join their Security Operations team, where the intern will assist with alert triage, collaborate on investigations, and contribute to the development of automation and AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities
Assist with alert triage and analysis, reviewing security alerts and helping determine which events need deeper investigation
Collaborate with Incident Response, Engineering, and Threat Hunting teams on real investigations and response efforts
Help develop and enhance automation and AI-driven workflows that make our cybersecurity operations faster and smarter
Contribute to the design, testing, and improvement of security tools and processes used by the team
Participate in threat hunting activities, looking proactively for indicators of compromise and suspicious behavior
Complete a capstone project that delivers a meaningful improvement to our security operations (for example, building a new detection, improving an automation, or enhancing a monitoring dashboard)
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate students completing their sophomore or junior year pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, or a related field
Have a genuine interest in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or threat detection
Are comfortable working in Linux/Windows environments and have basic familiarity with networking or security concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, logs, common attack types)
Enjoy problem-solving, investigation, and learning new tools
Communicate clearly and work well in a collaborative team environment
Availability to work full-time hours over the summer
Are self-motivated, curious, and eager to take ownership of a real project
