Responsibilities
Leading the Bids and delivering engineering estimates, compliance matrices, and technical proposals
Providing the estimate of engineering effort needed for each tender preparation
Collaborating with Engineering Leadership to manage the allocation of the technical team in line with the bid needs
Analyzing potential gaps between customer specifications and standard solutions with the support of System Architect(s)
Coordinating the bid's technical strategy with both internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the Bid Manager during negotiations with the Customer, identifying any technical changes during that phase
Demonstrating Technical Leadership, Scope Management, Risk Management, Requirements Management, Configuration Control and Change Management, Planning and Scheduling, and System Deployment
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or scientific subjects
Minimum 5 years of technical/engineering project management experience and knowledge of Project Engineering Management principles
Experience or understanding of Rail Signaling systems and rail industry (or similar sectors)
Familiarity with the full lifecycle of project deployment until commissioning
Effective communication skills
