Responsibilities
Daily field management of water and wastewater treatment plant construction, including new builds, expansions, and plant upgrades
Coordination of subcontractors, in‑house crews, equipment, and material deliveries
Oversight of structural concrete, process piping, mechanical equipment installation, electrical coordination, and start‑up support
Enforcement of site safety, environmental compliance, and quality control standards
Schedule management, production planning, and look‑ahead updates
Field documentation, RFIs, inspections, and resolution of technical issues
Partnership with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to maintain alignment on design, schedule, and budget
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience supervising water or wastewater treatment plant construction
Strong background in structural concrete, mechanical/process piping, yard piping, and plant systems
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple crews and complex sequencing
Excellent communication, leadership, and subcontractor-management skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and equipment submittals
Proficiency with construction documentation and scheduling platforms
A commitment to safety and hands-on leadership
