Responsibilities
Own and lead provider management processes and supporting platforms across the organization
Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end provider lifecycle, including onboarding, credentialing, maintenance, and termination
Investigate and validate the “why” behind business requests, ensuring requirements are driven by real operational needs
Proactively challenge assumptions and uncover root business drivers
Translate complex business needs into clear, complete, and testable functional requirements
Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation to identify improvement opportunities
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement reviews
Ensure proposed solutions align with operational workflows, system limitations, and data architecture
Manage and groom the product backlog, define user stories, and maintain measurable acceptance criteria
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with recent experience in a Lead or Senior BA role
Strong domain expertise in healthcare, specifically provider lifecycle management and credentialing workflows
Proven hands-on experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
Expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, and business process improvement
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management and user story creation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical and data-driven requirements
