Responsibilities
Drives end-to-end project planning, timelines, dependencies, and risk management for product management cross functional initiatives
Own scheduling and facilitation of project meetings (kickoff, weekly standups, stakeholder reviews, debriefs)
Coordinates on NPD/NPI activities, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables
Supports launch readiness and deliverables across PM, PMM, Sales, Presales, and Ops
Run and document launch team meetings; publish agendas, minutes, and action items same-day
Can synthesize market problems, client needs, and competitive dynamics into inputs that help refine product execution
Qualification
Required
Leads end‑to‑end project and program management by driving planning, timelines, dependencies, and risk management across cross‑functional product initiatives
Manages scheduling and facilitation of key project meetings and coordinates NPD/NPI milestones and deliverables
Supports launch readiness across PM, PMM, Sales, Presales, and Operations, including running and documenting launch team meetings with clear agendas, notes, and action items
Synthesizes market problems, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform and improve product execution
